Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
